Strategic aims & objectives between the next 3 – 5 years:

1. For FHAM to become established and known as partner and co-ordinator of HfA and its projects, in the UK and Europe; increasing the awareness of the work being done by HfA and to encourage others in supporting it by prayer and giving.
   
   
2. To develop a 5 year business plan.
   
   
3. To develop ‘5 area support groups’, for HfA projects in African countries.
   
   
4. To establish support for the following mission services
   • Missionary and Pastoral Support
   • Leadership Training
   • Vehicle Maintenance
   • Administration
   
   
5. To develop, and strengthen our board of trustees, our management and financial structure and our working relationship with HfA.

How we intend to achieve these aims and objectives are set out in greater detail in the ‘charity's working copy’, ensuring at all times in consideration that our aims are in conjunction with those of HfA.
